Moonfleet Manor, part of the Luxury Family Hotels collection, is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance across the hotel, grounds and facilities. You will work hands-on with the team to prioritise tasks, maintain safety standards and ensure guest comfort.

This permanent role is 40 hours over 5 days (including weekends) with staff accommodation available to assist relocation. Join a coastal luxury hotel committed to exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience in hotel maintenance management.
• Practical knowledge of pool plant operation.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in a busy environment.
• Strong health & safety, risk assessment and compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing external contractors and obtaining quotations.
• Good organisation to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to be hands-on with the team.
• Pool Plant Operator qualification is desirable with training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and prioritise daily maintenance tasks alongside the team.
• Oversee planned, preventive and reactive maintenance across hotel, grounds, plant and facilities.
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance actions.
• Maintain records, servicing, inspections and remedial works.
• Be hands-on across general maintenance disciplines as needed.
• Manage operation and maintenance of swimming pool and plant with testing and records.
• Obtain quotations, coordinate contractors, and own completion.
• Prioritise safety, compliance, operations and guest experience.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager to minimise disruption and uphold luxury standards.
