Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or Food & Beverage support role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage management team across all outlets and operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and departmental documentation.
• Assist with inventory tracking, procurement processes and supplier coordination.
