Tiffany & Co. Manchester is seeking thoughtful, curious, and optimistic Client Advisors to welcome all clients into the Tiffany world. You will drive store and client development through personalized service, cross-sales, and memorable experiences that celebrate love and craftsmanship.

Deliver exceptional service, cultivate relationships with a diverse client base and work collaboratively to meet sales targets while upholding Tiffany’s standards of luxury etiquette and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related roles (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
• Experienced in deploying omnichannel clienteling strategies and luxury service standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems and client tracking tools.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled luxury service and exceed sales objectives.
• Build long-lasting client connections and drive cross-sales and loyalty programs.
• Inspire clients through authentic storytelling and Tiffany’s craftsmanship heritage.
• Maintain operational excellence in inventory, reservations, transfers and care services.
• Collaborate with team to uphold Tiffany & Co. standards and inclusive culture.
