Homewood, a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath, seeks a Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast operation with energy and warmth. You’ll motivate the team, run smooth services and ensure guests start their day brilliantly.

This 45-hour per week, 5-out-of-7 rota role offers meals on duty, parking, and staff benefits as part of a lively, inclusive team where every morning counts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, especially breakfast service.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a busy environment.
• Commitment to high standards of service and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the breakfast team
• Run smooth, organised breakfast services
• Welcome guests and ensure they’re well looked after
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team
• Organise daily briefings and allocate sections
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation
• Support training and development within the team
• Keep on top of rotas, staffing and day-to-day organisation
• Deal confidently with guest requests and any issues that arise
• Make sure opening, closing and health & safety procedures are followed
