Responsibilities

• Accountable for own actions in line with Conduct and policies; contribute to objectives.
• Communicate with multi-professional teams including GP practices and community services.
• Support staff, service and policy development within a defined area/specialty.
• Participate in training of identified staff groups.
• Input data and be involved in audit and information collection.
• Utilise IT systems to ensure accurate patient, workforce and resource data.
