Formación

• Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
• Post qualification study at postgraduate level or equivalent knowledge.
• International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert nursing guidance to patients and families.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and independently when needed.
• Conduct telephone and in-person clinics with nursing and medical staff.
• Complete patient assessments per national protocol and develop tailored care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient details and programme eligibility.
