Job summary

Maiden Erlegh School in England is seeking a caring Lunchtime Controller to supervise pupils and support their safety and wellbeing during lunch breaks. You will promote positive behaviour, help run activities and ensure an inclusive, enjoyable social environment for students.

Ideally you will engage with children aged 11-18, demonstrate reliability and initiative, and work well with colleagues to maintain high standards of welfare and safety during all lunch periods.

• Monitor student welfare and safety at all times.
• Record and report accidents and incidents in accordance with school procedures.
• Follow safeguarding, first aid and health and safety requirements.
• Support an inclusive environment for all students.
