Birch Hill Primary School is seeking a caring Lunchtime Controller to supervise children across all year groups at lunch breaks, ensuring safety and wellbeing while promoting positive behaviour.

You will help create a happy, inclusive environment where pupils feel supported and encouraged, with opportunities to facilitate games and activities and to model the school values during lunchtime.

Qualifications

• Hard working and committed; able to inspire and encourage children at all levels.
• Monitor the children's activities during lunch to minimise risks.
• Promote the school values and provide a positive lunchtime experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children across all year groups during lunch.
• Record accidents in the accident book and report to teachers.
• Observe Health and Safety regulations and assist with first aid as needed.
