Job summary

Maiden Erlegh Trust is seeking a Lunchtime Controller to supervise students during snack breaks and lunch periods at John Rankin School. Work under the Senior Lunchtime Controller to keep lunchtime calm, safe and engaging, with emphasis on welfare and discipline.

You will support positive interactions with students and staff, showing reliability and flexibility; First Aid qualifications are desirable and training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising children in a school setting.
• Willingness to undertake training.
• Good communication with students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during snack breaks and lunch periods.
• Support student welfare and safe conduct.
• Record and report accidents.
• Help maintain a calm, orderly lunchtime environment.
