Queensmead Primary Academy is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team. This role is Monday to Friday, 11:40am to 1:20pm, term time only, providing supervision and support to pupils during lunchbreak.

You should have experience with children, a flexible, team-focused approach, and a willingness to undertake first aid training if needed. We offer a generous benefits package and a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children
• Flexible approach and ability to be part of a team
• First Aid Qualification (not essential as training can be provided)

Responsibilities

• Join the lunchtime team and supervise pupils during lunch
• Ensure pupil safety and good behaviour during the lunch period
• Support pupils and staff as needed during break and meal times
