The role focuses on supervising dining hall and playground, encouraging good manners, and supporting pupils' social development while ensuring well-being during lunch.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children and being part of a team.
• Calm, caring, and approachable manner.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to use initiative.
• Understands safeguarding and child well-being.
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall and playground
• Encourage good manners, healthy eating, and positive behaviour
• Ensure children are safe, engaged, and included in play activities
• Assist with basic first aid and resolving minor issues or disagreements
• Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness in lunch areas
