Wood Field Primary School is seeking a Midday Supervisor to help supervise pupils at lunchtimes, promote safe play, and support a welcoming, positive atmosphere during breaks. You will work as part of Greenshaw Learning Trust, ensuring children's safety, behaviour, and enjoyment during lunch and outdoor play.

The role focuses on supervision in dining and playground areas, with potential classroom supervision in poor weather and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children during lunch breaks and playtimes.
• Ability to encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Awareness of safeguarding and student welfare during break times.

Responsabilités

• Supervise children during lunch period in dining hall and playground.
• Escort children to and from dining hall and classroom when required.
• Report incidents or concerns to staff and reinforce school values and behaviour policy.
