Job summary

Fairfield Academy is seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor to ensure a safe, happy and inclusive lunchtime experience for pupils aged 3-11 at our Scartho-based primary school near Grimsby.

You will supervise children, promote positive behaviour and relationships, and support wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion, including pupils with SEND. The role is term-time only (38 weeks) with 7.5 hours weekly.

About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to help ensure our pupils have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. You will supervise children across the school, encourage positive behaviour and play, and support the inclusion and wellbeing of all pupils, including those with SEND.

Fairfield Academy is a warm and welcoming primary school based in Scartho near Grimsby, offering a world-class education for children aged 3-11, with a dedicated nursery and early years provision.

• NJC 3 £25,614pa FTE ( £4,443.62pa pro rata for 7.5 hours per week ).
