Job summary

Fairfield Academy in Scartho near Grimsby is seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor to help ensure a safe, happy and inclusive lunchtime experience for pupils aged 3-11. You will supervise children across the school, encourage positive behaviour and play, and support the inclusion and wellbeing of all pupils, including those with SEND.

This term-time only role is 7.5 hours per week (38 weeks per year) with pro rata pay and access to Local Government Pension Scheme, plus well-being and recognition

Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Able to promote positive behaviour and relationships
• Patient and confident in supporting children, including those with SEND
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Team working skills and someone who would be a positive role model to our pupils.
