Job summary

Smile Education is seeking a friendly Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton (WV6). You will supervise pupils during lunchtime, support positive behaviour and ensure a safe, happy environment in dining areas and on the playground.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient and able to manage groups of children with clear communication. Prior experience is preferred but not essential, and you will be supported by a dedicated Smile Education consultant.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime and play.

• Ensuring pupils follow school rules and safety procedures.
• Responding appropriately to minor incidents.
• Supporting children to have a positive lunchtime experience.
• Liaising with teachers and school staff when required.
