Job summary

Manor Farm Academy is seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and on the playground. You will help maintain a safe, happy and inclusive environment and work as part of a friendly team.

The role involves supervising children, encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils develop social skills, while promoting school values and welfare. DBS check is required for appointments.

This role is vital in supporting our pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring a safe, happy, and inclusive environment both in the dining hall and on the playground.

1. Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and around the school site during lunchtime
2. Encouraging positive behaviour and play, helping pupils to develop social skills
3. Promoting the school’s values and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils
4. Assisting with minor first aid (training provided)
5. Ensuring the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely
