Job summary

Manor Farm Academy is seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and on the playground. You will help maintain a safe, happy and inclusive environment and work as part of a friendly team.

The role involves supervising children, encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils develop social skills, while promoting school values and welfare. DBS check is required for appointments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and around the school site during lunchtime.
• Encourage positive behaviour and play, helping pupils to develop social skills.
• Promote the school values and safeguard the welfare of all pupils.
• Assist with minor first aid (training provided).
• Ensure the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely.
