Job summary

Aylesford School is seeking enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to support pupils during lunch across our Primary and Secondary phases. Available hours include Primary 12:00–1:00 and Secondary 1:20–2:10, with a full lunch session 12:00–2:10.

Positions are term-time only, 38 weeks per annum, and can be offered for one to five days per week. You will supervise pupils in dining areas and playgrounds, promote safety and wellbeing, and work alongside teaching staff as a positive role model.

• DBS check and two referees required.

Grade B, SCP 3: £13.28 per hour

Available Hours:

• Primary Phase: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
• Secondary Phase: 1:20pm to 2:10pm

Aylesford School is seeking to recruit enthusiastic and conscientious Lunchtime Supervisors to support pupils and students during the lunchtime period across both our Primary and Secondary phases.

We have a number of vacancies available and can offer flexibility to suit applicants' availability. Opportunities are available for those wishing to work:

• Primary phase only
• Secondary phase only
• The full lunch period across both phases

Positions are available for between one and five days per week, depending on candidate availability and school requirements.

The role involves supervising children and young people during their lunch break, helping to ensure a safe, positive and enjoyable environment. Duties may include supervising pupils in dining areas, playgrounds, social spaces and circulation areas, supporting positive behaviour and promoting the wellbeing of all pupils.

All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff and wider school team as positive role models, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, teamwork, collaboration and respect.
