Job summary

Aylesford School in Warwick is seeking enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to support pupils across both Primary and Secondary phases during lunchtime.

Roles are available for 1–5 days per week, term time only (38 weeks). Duties include supervising pupils in dining areas, playgrounds and circulation spaces, supporting positive behaviour and promoting wellbeing.

We offer flexibility to suit applicants' availability and school requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising pupils during lunch periods.
• Flexible to work across Primary and Secondary phases.
• Term Time Only – 38 weeks (Sept 2026 – July 2027).

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and young people during lunch breaks in dining areas, playgrounds and social spaces.
• Support positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing.
