Job summary

Slade Primary School in Gravelly Hill invites applications for a Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a safe, happy and inclusive lunchtime for all children. You will supervise during lunch and play, support positive behaviour and help maintain a welcoming, calm environment.

Working as part of a friendly team, you will follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures, promote good relationships, and assist with lunch-time routines to ensure children enjoy their break and feel secure.

Job description

Slade Primary School is looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an important role within our school community, helping to ensure that children have a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime. You will support children during lunch and play, encourage positive behaviour and help create a welcoming environment where all children feel safe and included. The role is part time, working 6.25 hours per week.

About the role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:

1. Supervise children during lunchtime in the dining area and outside.
2. Help to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
