The Supply Register is recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor at a primary school in Lichfield. Start date ASAP with long-term ongoing temporary contract. Hours are 11:30am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The role involves supervising pupils during lunchtime, ensuring safety and wellbeing, and helping to create a calm, positive environment within the school setting.

We are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a primary school in Lichfield, starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring their safety and wellbeing and helping to create a positive, calm and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times

• Supporting positive behaviour and addressing minor incidents appropriately

• Helping to maintain a calm, safe and welcoming environment

• Assisting pupils where required

• Reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate member of staff

Safeguarding & Compliance

As this is a school-based role, all candidates will be required to successfully complete Supply Register's full vetting and compliance process prior to commencing work.

This will include:

• A minimum of two satisfactory employer references covering the previous 24 months

• Three references where the candidate has not previously worked with children

• Where there are gaps in employment, a professional character reference will be required

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred

• Candidates without a DBS on the Update Service must be willing to obtain a new Enhanced DBS

• Right to Work checks

• Full safeguarding and compliance checks
