Birches Green Primary School in Birmingham is seeking a friendly Lunchtime Supervisor to oversee pupils in LKS2 during lunch and play. You will help create a safe, inclusive environment and support positive play and good behaviour in the dining hall and playground.

The role involves leading play activities, ensuring pupil safety, and assisting with personal care when required while upholding the dignity of every child. DBS checks and safeguarding procedures apply.

Are you friendly, caring, and great with children? We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to support and supervise pupils in LKS2 during their lunch break. You'll ensure a safe, happy and inclusive environment while encouraging positive play and good behaviour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading play activities and for the safety and welfare of our children in the dining hall and playground/classroom during lunchtime. An ability to relate positively to pupils; to act consistently upon guidance together with managing needs and behaviour is essential. You will need to demonstrate the ability to carry out personal care whilst upholding the dignity of individuals and demonstrate a vigilant approach to pupil safety. You must have an interest in working with children and be an excellent role model.
