Job summary

Cabot Primary School in St Paul’s is seeking a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to support pupils at lunchtime. Hours are 12:00–13:15, Monday to Friday, term-time only. The role involves supervising pupils, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring safety during the midday break.

The successful candidate will help maintain a calm, safe environment and report any welfare concerns to staff as needed. See the attached person specification for required qualifications.

• Good behaviour management and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure pupils follow school expectations.
• Monitor pupils to ensure their safety and general welfare.
• Help create a calm, safe and positive environment for pupils.
• Report any concerns relating to pupil welfare, behaviour or safety to the appropriate staff member.
