Job summary

Duckmanton Primary School, part of Redhill Academy Trust, seeks a Midday Supervisor to supervise pupils at lunchtimes and support safe, positive supervision across the site.

The role requires a caring, reliable individual with good communication and a calm, patient approach. First aid training is advantageous; full training can be provided. This fixed-term post runs 6 months during term time, with 6.25 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with children and guardians.
• Calm, patient and approachable demeanour.
• Team player able to adapt to lunchtime routines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in dining areas and around the school site.
• Promote positive behaviour and safety during meal services.
• Respond to incidents and concerns to ensure a safe, enjoyable lunch environment.
