Pike Fold Community Primary School is seeking a part-time, temporary staff member to supervise pupils during dining and other times as directed by the Headteacher. The role requires a genuine interest in working with children, good communication, and the ability to respond to day-to-day situations with patience and care.

The post involves DBS checks, safeguarding responsibilities, and flexibility to work during school holidays if required.

Contract Type: Temporary Working Hours: Part Time Number of Positions: 1 Start Date: 1st December 2026 Salary: £6,294 per annum

Supervision of the pupils in the dining area/s and elsewhere as required by the Headteacher.

We are looking for someone:

• To demonstrate an interest and involvement in working with children and young people
• The ability to understand as well as supervise children and young people
• Ability to respond to every day situations
• Ability to communicate with others
• To be available for work during school holidays if required (unless on annual leave).
