Job summary

Hill View Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to manage the hot meal service and oversee lunchtime operations. The role requires supervising pupils, maintaining a safe and hygienic dining area, and supporting children with positive behaviour strategies.

With GCSE English and Maths, you will work 20 hours per week during term time (39 weeks) and be part of the Reach South Multi Academy Trust.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at minimum
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Ability to cope under pressure and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Lead the school hot meal service and supervise daily operations
• Oversee preparation, cooking, serving and clearing away at lunchtimes
• Ensure pupils are safe and the dining area remains clean and hygienic
• Promote positive behaviour and treat pupils with dignity
• Work collaboratively with the school team and communicate effectively with staff and students
