Job summary

Oldswinford Church Of England Primary School in Dudley is seeking a caring Lunch Hall Assistant to maintain a clean, safe dining area and support pupils at lunchtimes.

The role requires Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to train, a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, and the right to work in the UK.

Hours are 11:50am to 1:05pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with occasional extra training days; closing date 28 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude towards children and ability to handle sensitive situations.
• DBS check enhanced and suitable for working with children.
• Must have permission to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe lunch hall environment.
• Provide First Aid to pupils as necessary.
• Assist with lunchtime supervision and relevant training days.
