Job summary

Aramark at Thorpe Park is recruiting Lunch and Dinner Chefs to join our Hotel Restaurant Team. You will prepare a range of high-quality dishes, adhere to allergen requirements, and maintain Health & Safety standards as part of a collaborative team.

We offer shift options: Lunch 10.00am–3.30pm and Dinner 3.00pm–10pm, with weekday/weekend rota. Hourly pay up to £15 plus benefits; include free parking, Merlin passes, training, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required.
• Food Safety Qualifications required.
• Be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team.
• Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements.
• Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal hotel menus.
• Provide menu knowledge and adhere to allergen and dietary requirements.
• Uphold Health & Safety and Food Safety standards in every task.
• Assist with deliveries and ensure stock is stored safely.
• Prepare dishes in a timely manner to a high standard.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation.
