We’re looking for an experienced and passionate luggage porter to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Your role will be to listen to our guests, anticipate their needs, and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
Your key duties will include welcoming guests on arrival, guiding them to the reception area, and handling luggage operations for groups and individuals during arrivals and departures.
We seek receptionists with previous experience in a similar role who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, possess a charismatic personality, and have a natural flair for creating memorable experiences. You should have a can-do attitude, respond flexibly to guest requests and situations, and have a good command of English. Being well-presented is also essential.
Located in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to offer luxurious comfort and relaxation.
Guests can enjoy traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica’s sophisticated atrium or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
