Job summary

You will run small group sessions, differentiate materials, and monitor progress. A proactive coaching mindset and safeguarding commitment are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths; ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Proactive, coaching mindset with safeguarding awareness.
• Experience tutoring or supporting learners in school or tutoring contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted interventions to support literacy and numeracy.
• Organize and lead small-group sessions (3–5 students).
• Differentiate resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Track student progress and report to teachers/SENCO.
