Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant (SEND) and Wraparound Care Assistant in West London. The role is term-time only and part-time, starting immediately, with responsibilities across classroom SEND support, lunchtime supervision and after-school care.

You will work with pupils needing additional support to access learning and engage in activities. You will be part of a welcoming school community, collaborating with staff and families to foster development

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism.
  • A Level 2 qualification (Level 3 preferred) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, nurturing and positive approach.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEND on 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Assist teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

Learning Support Assistant (SEND) & Wraparound Care Assistant
Make a Difference Beyond the Classroom

Location: West London

Contract: Term Time Only, Part-Time

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom?

A welcoming and inclusive junior school in West London is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their team. This varied role combines classroom-based SEND support, lunchtime supervision and after-school care, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with pupils throughout the school day.

The Role

You'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them access learning, develop confidence and achieve their individual goals. Alongside classroom responsibilities, you'll support children during lunchtime and help deliver engaging activities within an after-school provision.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
