Job summary

BrewDog PLC is seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology across our operations. You will optimise ERP, reporting, and data workflows to support BrewDog's growth in the UK and beyond.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and Sales, deliver data-driven improvements, and build dashboards using SQL, Power BI and Excel. The role demands strong stakeholder management and a proactive problem-solving mindset to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, transform and report on data.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and other enterprise apps.
• Ability to map business processes across departments and identify improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise core business applications including ERP SAP Business One, WMS and P2P.
• Deliver projects that enhance operations and efficiency through data-driven initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to document requirements.
