Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a 15-month FTC to shape the company’s digital future. You will translate business needs into innovative digital solutions that enhance the pub experience.

You’ll work with stakeholders to design processes and deliver products across web and app platforms. The role requires proven BA experience in a fast-paced digital environment, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile/delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Able to handle ambiguity and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong understanding of web, apps, integrations, APIs, customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Qualifications or working towards BCS Business Analysis certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for digital projects and continuous improvement.
• Gather and validate requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Document requirements, processes, and 'as is'/'to be' states, including non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product teams and vendors to deliver world-class solutions.
• Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure delivery.
