Creativehood is seeking a midweight Customer Experience Designer to craft CRM and loyalty campaigns. You will own the design process from brief to final delivery, creating impactful designs across email, web, social and presentations.

Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and strategy teams, while navigating technical constraints and delivering on time. Hybrid role with on-site 3 days per week in London area.

Qualifications

• Midweight Customer Experience Designer with CRM and Loyalty experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design process from brief through to final execution.
• Create engaging designs across channels – email, web, social, presentations and DM.
• Collaborate with senior designers, art directors, copywriters, strategy and accounts teams to improve work.
