A leading luxury retail emporium is seeking a Loyalty Assistant to join their Digital team. The role involves executing loyalty campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and supporting the Harrods Rewards programme. Ideal candidates will have a background in Loyalty or Marketing, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer relationships.
We are looking for a Loyalty Assistant to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will play a key role in delivering world-class customer loyalty campaigns as well as supporting the overall Harrods Rewards programme strategy and the future of loyalty at Harrods.
The Loyalty Assistant will be responsible for the execution and management of end-to-end loyalty promotions and campaigns for the Harrods customer. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly support the Harrods Rewards programme team. The role will also require you to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the divisional marketing, creative and content teams, in addition to customer-facing retail teams on the shop floor.
You will also:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, organized, and passionate about driving long-term customer relationships. You should have previous experience in a Loyalty, CRM, or Marketing role, along with retail experience with exposure to a loyalty programme.
You must have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and confidently advocate for the central Loyalty strategy.
