REESON Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the M20 area from September. This full-time, long-term role will run for the full academic year and will involve supporting pupils within a Lower KS2 class.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school.
• Experience supporting pupils within KS2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning as a Teaching Assistant within a Lower KS2 classroom
• Provide general classroom support as a Teaching Assistant throughout the school day
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning objectives
• Support pupils with varying abilities and additional learning needs
• Help adapt activities and resources to ensure all pupils can access learning
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement as a Teaching Assistant
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of resources, and displays
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents as a Teaching Assistant
• Support pupils' confidence, independence, and overall development
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies as a professional Teaching Assistant
