Academics is recruiting a KS1 and KS2 Teaching Assistant for a High Wycombe primary school. You will support pupils across the primary age range and work closely with class teachers to ensure accessible learning.

The role suits enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping children learn. Experience as a TA or graduate welcome; interviews/trial days occur in September/October; 5-day week long-term contract.

• Good understanding of the primary school curriculum and classroom learning.

• Ability to support teachers with managing pupil behaviour.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting children across KS1 and KS2.

Responsibilities
