Job summary

Mantis Ltd is seeking a Retrofit Co-Ordinator to support delivery of domestic retrofit projects across social housing and private homes in Wilmslow and beyond. The role focuses on PAS 2035-compliant retrofit, documentation, and hands-on coordination with assessors, designers, installers and evaluators.

You will help ensure all measures meet PAS 2030 guidance, support in safety and quality assurance, and manage project trackers while interacting with householders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting delivery of domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects.
• Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 requirements.
• Experience managing project costs, budgets and delivery programmes.
• Demonstrable experience managing quality assurance within retrofit or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with delivery of domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
• Coordinate retrofit process from assessment through design, installation and handover.
• Liaise with installers, subcontractors and suppliers to confirm scope and keep projects on programme.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance readiness.
• Support grant and funding compliance obligations.
