Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Lounge Supervisor for the Causeway Lounge, Antrim. You will join a world leading facilities management company and provide an efficient, friendly service with food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.

40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, shifts from 05:00 to 22:00. The role offers pension, staff welfare programmes, training and career development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling experience is required.
• High levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
• Leads by example and embodies company values.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service and assist with food preparation and presentation to high standards.
• Comply with HACCP regulations and health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a hygienic environment; keep tables, accompaniments and counters clean.
• Check deliveries and food temperatures, complete records, and operate the till as required.
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
