Job summary

DO & CO London Heathrow is recruiting a Lounge Senior Supervisor for the Qatar Lounge. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of Lounge Hosts, Front of House and Chefs, and ensure outstanding food and service for passengers.

You will build strong partnerships with the Qatar Management Team on site, maintain health and safety standards, manage rosters, and report on shift performance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• Flexibility in work availability as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lounge staff and ensure high quality service to passengers; main reference for Qatar staff and guests.
• Own shift to ensure lounge is stocked and clean per specification.
• Deliver excellent customer service with in-depth knowledge of products and services.
• Lead Lounge Hosts, Front of House and Chefs; maintain grooming standards and professional conduct.
• Plan, manage, lead, deliver and present food and beverages per specification.
• Coordinate and plan production to ensure a full buffet while avoiding overproduction at end of day.
• Write shift reports and communicate changes to Qatar and DO & CO contacts daily.
