Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a Lounge Senior Supervisor for the Qatar Lounge at Heathrow Airport. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead the lounge team, and ensure exceptional service and presentation.

You will plan staff schedules, coordinate with partners and suppliers, maintain food and service standards, and uphold hygiene and safety. Strong leadership, fluent English, and guest-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar lounge supervisor or hospitality role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Qatar Lounge at Heathrow.
• Plan schedules, coordinate with departments and suppliers.
• Lead and motivate the lounge team to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and company standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate changes to staff.
• Coordinate production to maintain a full buffet while minimizing waste.
• Maintain grooming standards and proactivity.
• Collaborate with Qatar Lounge Manager on staff performance.
