Qualifications

• Experience supervising a housekeeping team in hospitality or airport settings.
• Proven ability to train staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Strong inventory and supply management skills.
• Excellent guest service focus and communication.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of housekeepers.
• Enforce cleaning protocols for lounge areas.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Inspect lounge cleanliness and provide coaching.
• Create staff schedules for peak times.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with chemicals.
• Maintain cleaning records and report to Lounge Manager.
• Collaborate with F&B and front-of-house teams.
