Job summary

Swissport Inverness is seeking a Lounge Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy lounge environment. You will welcome guests, check them in, guide them to services, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food/beverage presentation.

The role requires 0330–2100 shifts, strong teamwork, and excellent guest service skills. Full-time positions offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities to develop hospitality career skills and contribute to a premium lounge

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer service with high levels of guest interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy including payment machines and MS Office.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to follow processes and adapt when required.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Flexible to work shifts covering 0330–2100, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly reception and manage efficient check-in.
• Direct guests to lounge areas and answer questions to enhance their experience.
• Manage lounge capacity at peak times to maximise throughput.
• Bid farewell to guests to encourage return visits.
• Ensure food and beverage offerings are available and presented well.
• Support stock delivery, rotation, and maintain hygiene standards in all areas.
• Clear and clean tables; maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the lounge.
• Respond to guest questions with high levels of customer service.
