Job summary

Sodexo Live! in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our front-of-house crew. You will provide high‑quality service from guest arrival through to departure, set up bars, stock service counters, and maintain lounge areas to the plan.

We value motivation, an element of food experience, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A 5-year history and vetting are required; staff parking is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages.
• Set the bars, ensuring condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Assist the chef with some food preparations for example fruit plates, cheese boards etc.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.

Package Description

• £13.12 per hour
• Typical example of hours are 4:15am - 12:45pm & 12:30pm - 9:00pm
• Mandatory vetting

You must be able to provide 5 years working history, and 5 years address history

• Staff car parking available

Main Responsibilities
