Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring a Lounge Host for the Singapore Airlines Lounge Terminal 2 in the United Kingdom. The role involves front-of-house service for lounge guests, including bar setup and maintaining a pristine environment.

The position offers 37.5 hours weekly with early and late shifts and a pathway to permanency upon obtaining an airside pass. Essential experience includes front-of-house customer service and barista skills, with a preference for food service familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the lounge customers' satisfaction.
• Set the bars, ensure condiments, glasses, and cups are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters as directed and ensure sufficient supplies during service.
• Maintain lounge seating area cleanliness and arrange furniture per lounge plan.
• Ensure lounge remains clean during operating hours.
• Deliver efficient and friendly service to lounge guests and meet their needs.

Package Description

• £13.80 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Early and Late Shifts (early 5:00-13:30, late 14:15-22:45)
• 4 days on 2 days off
• This role is casual and will be made permanent upon obtaining airside pass.
• Must be able to provide 5-year checkable work history for airport clearance

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.

• Barista experience
