Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Lead Chef for the Singapore Airlines Lounge at Terminal 2. This casual role offers £16.79 per hour, 40 hours per week, with an opportunity to be made permanent after obtaining references. You must provide a 5-year UK working history and UK address.

Shifts include early and late slots (4:30–13:30 and 13:00–22:00), 4 days on with 2 days off, and a focus on high standards, safety, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Dress to the standards and wear the supplied uniform at all times.
• Only use products and equipment supplied for the job.
• Sign off daily HS&FS documentation and temperature records after tasks.
• Comply with food safety, health and safety and personal hygiene rules.
• Sign in/out on shifts and follow the rota to ensure hours worked.
• Attend training sessions and staff/client meetings as requested.

Package Description

• £16.79 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Casual role with an opportunity to be made permanent upon gaining references for full time pass.
• You must be able to provide 5 years working history in UK and 5 years of UK address.
• Early and Late Shifts (early 4:30-13:30, late 13:00-22:00)
• 4 days on 2 days off

Main Responsibilities

• To dress accordingly to the standards and guidelines advised and wear the supplied uniform garments at all times when on duty.
• To only use products and equipment supplied and specifically for the job.
• Ensure that all H&S & F&S documentation for example cleaning schedules and temperature records are signed off daily once all tasks have been completed.
• Comply with all legal and company procedures relating to food safety, health and safety and personal hygiene.
• Sign in and out when on shift to ensure hours worked are paid correctly. Follow the shift's rota.
• Attend training sessions and staff / client meetings as requested.
