Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Lounge Host for the Singapore Airlines Lounge Terminal 2. You will provide excellent customer service from food and beverage preparation to service, ensuring guests are welcomed and attended to throughout their visit.

essential tasks include maintaining a clean lounge, setting up bars, and keeping service counters stocked. The role is casual with potential for permanence after airside clearance and a five-year history check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the lounge customers' satisfaction
• Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.
