Position: Lounge Host

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to work in Heathrow Airport in a VIP lounge. If you have experience working in lounges or busy restaurants, we would like to hear from you!

Details:

• Location: London Heathrow Airport
• Pay rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
• Hours: Early starts from 04:00 AM and late finishes until 22:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet passengers, creating a great first impression with an engaging personality
• Understand lounge procedures and policies, upsell lounge services where appropriate
• Familiarity with lounge menu, advising guests on dietary restrictions and allergies
• Set up food and lounge areas, clear stations, and restock food and beverages
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently to minimize queues
• Communicate effectively to resolve guest queries

Benefits:

• Pay rate of £13.50 per hour
• Full-time hours between 37.5 and 40 hours per week
• Company uniform and ongoing training with opportunities for progression
• Criminal Record Check (DBS) reimbursed after 4 weeks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar environment or hospitality background
• Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverages and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn lounge procedures and menus quickly
• Organized, calm under pressure
• Excellent command of English, or multilingual with strong verbal and written skills
• Flexible working hours, able to commute to Heathrow as early as 04:00 AM and work late shifts until 22:00 PM

All candidates will undergo a 5-year background check for reference purposes and must have a clear police record (DBS). Candidates with experience as Hosts, Hostesses, Food Runners, Waiters, Waitresses, Food or Beverage Assistants, or Bar Staff are highly desirable.
