As the friendly face of our 1023-bedroom hotel, the Spa Host role is essential. This is a part-time position (8 hours per week), where your helpful, can-do attitude and passion for excellent service will leave a lasting impression every time.

As our Spa Host, you will receive:

Key responsibilities as a Spa Host include:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional welcome
• Efficiently managing guest check-in and check-out, bookings, payments, and cancellations
• Providing tours of the spa facilities and explaining available services and treatments
• Responding promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and online enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the spa booking system to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Addressing and resolving guest concerns swiftly, escalating issues to management when necessary

• Flexibility to work where needed, including weekends
• Organized and tidy, maintaining a clean reception area and well-stocked front-of-house materials
• Willingness to assist with preparing treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean and welcoming
• Knowledgeable about our services and able to promote and upsell spa treatments and products
• Adherence to all spa policies and health and safety procedures
