Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Lounge Bar Supervisor to join our all-day dining team. You will support The Lounge operations, lead by example, and ensure a seamless guest experience across breakfast, afternoon tea and dining services.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, restaurant or high-end hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of The Lounge and all-day dining service.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Support rota planning and labour management to ensure efficient staffing levels.
• Lead team briefings and share updates with colleagues.
• Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs and create tailored experiences.
• Provide exceptional care for VIP guests and ensure personalised experiences.
• Train and develop team members to foster a positive environment.
• Develop and maintain departmental standards and operating procedures.
• Drive positive guest feedback and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience.

As the Lounge Bar Supervisor in our all day dining restaurant - The Lounge at Nobu Hotel , you will play a key role in the daily operations serving breakfast, afternoon tea and our Japanese influenced all day dining experience. Supporting the Assistant Lounge Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

You will

You have experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, restaurant or high-end hospitality environment and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You thrive in a busy service environment, lead by example and enjoy developing and motivating others to achieve their full potential.
